Amaravati: In the recent held Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections, NDA Wins Big in AP Assembly Elections 2024. NDA alliance has won 164 out of 175 seats in Andhra Pradesh, a highest win ever for TDP, BJP and JSP alliance.

YSRCP who has won 151 seats in 2019 elections had to settle for only 11 seats in 2024 Elections. The people of Andhra Pradesh has reversed the results when compared to 2019. The large section of people has voted for Development along with Freebies instead of just Freebies.

NDA alliance has shown domination right from the Postal Ballots and from first round of EVM counting. The negativity of the government has gave tremendous win for the NDA alliance. The total credit goes to the President of Janasena Party, Mr. Konidela Pawan Kalyan who has sacrified his seats to stand up the alliance.

After the alliance has been formed, Pawan has struggled a lot in conversion of Votes between NDA alliance parties without losing them to the YSRCP. This has made NDA alliance to win big in the elections. Along with assembly seats, NDA has won 21 MP seats out of 25. YSRCP managed to get only 4 MP seats.

Also, Pawan party has managed to achieve 100% wins in their contested 21 assembly seats and 2 parliament seats making it a history of achieving 100% success rate in any elections. Now Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu will be the next Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

Assembly Wins party wise

  1. TDP: 136
  2. JSP: 21
  3. BJP: 7
  4. YSRCP: 11

Parliament Wins party wise

  1. TDP: 16
  2. BJP: 3
  3. JSP: 2
  4. YSRCP: 4

With 16 seats in Parliament, TDP has become a major play in Central to decide the ruling of BJP as TDP has become the second largest party in NDA alliance with 16 seats. Now, TDP is expecting Special status to Andhra Pradesh and important portfolios in Central Cabinet.
