Hyderabad: Infosys has delivered some encouraging news to IT employees who have been anxious about layoffs in recent years. The company announced plans to hire 20,000 people in this financial year.
Over the past six months, the number of employees at Infosys has been declining. For the June quarter of this year, the employee count stands at approximately 315,000.
However, the firm stated that it will significantly ramp up hiring in the financial year 2024-25. The firm also stated that they will conduct ON Campus and OFF Campus hiring for freshers this year.
